Fabrics

Our fabrics range from silks to cotton, cotton to voile’s and upholstery fabrics. We supply a large range of fabrics that include a standard fabric to a luxurious fabric. These fabrics can be used for a number of soft furnishings along with curtains and blinds. The Virgo showroom showcases a large number of sample books from the suppliers we work alongside. This allows clients to get a feel of the texture of the material. One of the services we recommend is that clients can borrow sample books to experience what the chosen fabric will look like within their home and within different types of lighting such as artificial lighting and natural daylight.

Our samples range in colour, designs and styles. We can send our fabrics off to our makers or we can sell our fabrics to home sewers. We also advise that customers take our sample books home to try fabrics in artificial light and daylight to get the perfect colour match. Curtains & Blinds

At Virgo Carpets & Interiors we specialise in creating stylish, unique and made to measure window dressings to suit your home and taste. We have a wide range of fabrics which we bring to your home so that you can match them with your existing furniture/décor or be able to visualise how a totally new scheme will look. We can advise you on styles and finishing touches, and supply co-ordinating soft furnishings for a total designer look.

Our curtain makers are experienced with different curtain headers such as eyelets, pencil pleat, triple pinch pleats etc. There are also are huge range of designs that you can have on your curtains such as fringing down the side, buttons on pinch pleats and two different fabrics in one curtain to give a real statement. Our blind service is linked with Val and Debbie from Val Hever blinds – Virgo deal mainly with Roman Blinds and Val deals will all other blinds such as Roller Blinds, Vertical blinds, Voile Blinds etc. We have a wide range of curtain poles and tracks which vary from traditional to contemporary – to see more information please visit the ‘Curtain poles and tracks’ page.
